This Kingcraft Model was one of our display homes in the Hawthorne subdivision located in Foristell, MO.  We designed the main floor with custom finishes. This innovative floor plan is popular due to its use of square footage.  It is an open floor plan which helps utilize the square footage.  It is also a split bedroom, having the master bedroom tucked away on the main level.  This particular home was designed and staged by Forrest Homes.
