This story and a half home was customized by utilizing the main floor of our Windsor plan and the upstairs of our Kingston plan modified to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. They customized this plan to fit the needs of their family, which is what we love to help customers accomplish. This family found a beautiful wooded piece of land in Wildwood, MO and then began planning out their future home. It was a long and thorough process that came together in a beautiful way with all of the options they chose.
